It's been years since I heard this - STP with Butthole Surfers was my first concert. We showed up too late and missed the opening act - Flaming Lips. At that time STP had recently done a show on the tour for Core where they all dressed up like KISS and I was hoping they would be doing it at the show I went to, but no such luck.  |

"Some doo-wop before work". I know the daughter of one of the members of this legendary group. Her name is Nadine Knauss; we met in early 1984 and went out on a few dates. She wound up marrying one of my best friends. I remember one day in particular when we were at her pool at home, we were inside and she got out her dads Marcels record. I will never forget our time, and I still speak to her occasionally. Great Lp Bill! |
