Can anyone ID this box set?

I was thrifting a few days ago and I found this strange box set of Rolling Stones LPs. I guess no one had taken it because the box looks like it has been dragged under a car but the vinyl is MINT! Sounds like something that they recorded in a garage. But the songs like Cherry Oh Baby and You Can't Always Get What You Want sound like works in progress.

There are two With the ECC label and one white one.
