First off....whew! It's been a while since I've been able to get on the boards! Sorry, Bill! Anyways, RSD is approaching us next month! What is everyone looking forward to getting? I know a lot more releases will be announced between now and then, but I was very excited to see this on Facebook, posted by Tears for Fears, with the link to the RSD site. Being one of my favorite 80's bands, I'm super-stoked!

This is so cute. Another RSD release, this one from Crosley Radio. Want it!! I should mention that I'd want that for collector's sake, not to actually *play* records on.

There's a Pagans record that I'm looking forward to for RSD and also a double LP of the first motorhead album on white vinyl.
That record player looks cool! Peanuts can do no wrong!

I ended up stopping in at Double Decker and buying one RSD 2014 item, the Space Project LP. and this was only 3 bucks, and I needed it.

"The source material for these tracks was originally recorded by the Voyager 1 and Voyager 2 space probes. Audible frequencies such as those made by musical instruments are caused by the compression of air or other gases and cannot propagate in a vacuum such as space. The "songs" recorded by the Voyager probes aren't sounds in the conventional sense, rather, they're produced from electromagnetic radiation fluctuations in the magnetosphere of the celestial bodies studied by the Voyager probes." and a pitchfork review, if you care about that sort of thing: pitchfork.com/reviews/albums/19271-space-project/
