Anxiously awaiting the arrival of my Mondo Cane LP! Should've tried harder when Ipecac released only 5000 of them a few years ago, but better late than never and worth the price!!

Grave Dancers Union - I gotta pick that up - "Somebody to Shove" used to be "our song" with my first girlfriend back in the day.

Grave Dancers Union - I gotta pick that up - "Somebody to Shove" used to be "our song" with my first girlfriend back in the day. I got it on Discogs from a seller in Greece. I've been getting a lot of 90's albums I used to listen to a lot before I got into mostly metal. Discogs is definitely a great place to find albums such as GDU at reasonable prices.

That 90's stuff is hard to find. I've been looking for the first Presidents of The United States of America album for a decent price.

One of my favorite albums and I managed to snag this WLP version. I got a great price on it too. This is one they'll have to bury with me. Also picked this up. Originally released as a radio station only promo and then heavily bootlegged, I think this one is real. It has the squared-off corners, the inside of the jacket is brown (not white) and there is some writing on the label as though it was used in a radio station. Here's hoping!

Walked into an antique store yesterday and leaning against the record pile, Kiss Alive II, Destroyer, The Originals, Love Gun and Double Platinum, very nice vinyl with all but the Love Gun complete w/ inserts. $3

Two records I picked up at the punk rock flea market yesterday. The Green Hornet was $5 and after I bought it, the guy asked "So tell me - how much is it really worth?" I said "Uh, I have no idea I just thought it looked cool." I didn't play it yet but I'm hoping for someting surfy-sounding. I traded a guy a couple of albums for this one. Fear went back into the studio and re-recorded their first album. I'm very curious to hear it. White vinyl too!

My latest obsession is the death waltz series. If you are not aware... Founded by Record Store Day UK coordinator and music industry veteran Spencer Hickman in 2011, Death Waltz Recording Company is a boutique soundtrack label releasing vinyl, CD & digital. Working closely alongside legendary composers and directors such as John Carpenter, Richard Kelly, Alan Howarth and Fabio Frizzi to deliver brand new definitive audio re-masters and sleeve notes, Death Waltz also commissions artwork from acclaimed artists including Dinos Chapman, Jay Shaw, Graham Humphreys & Candice Tripp to create exclusive artwork for each project. With its careful attention to detail, it has quickly established itself as the premier soundtrack label in cult films. Each release is pressed on 180g coloured vinyl and comes with posters and prints of the artwork, housed in heavyweight tip-on (casebound) jackets. The webshop sells exclusive variant colours of its vinyl and standard issue releases are available in record stores the world over courtesy of distributors Republic Of Music & Light In The Attic.
